About Property

Experience the ultimate mountain getaway at Lavender Lodge, a stunning vaulted-ceiling condo perfectly positioned on the ski slopes and bike trails of Bryce Resort in Mount Jackson, Virginia. This top-floor retreat offers an unbeatable location, placing you just a 50-yard walk from the main ski/bike lift and a mere 100-yard stroll to the resort's lodge, restaurant, and bar.

Designed for comfort and convenience, this unit features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements are a huge hit with families, featuring a queen bed in the huge bedroom and a unique built-in triple-decker bunk bed (one double and two twins) in the living room, each equipped with a personal cubby, reading light, and USB outlet. While the journey to the top involves a tough 36-step climb from the parking level, the reward is a breathtaking lift-level view from the balcony where you can chat with skiers gliding by.

Inside, you will find a blend of cozy furnishings and modern updates. The living area is anchored by a substantial stone fireplace and front-row views of the slopes, complemented by a smart TV for streaming. The galley-style kitchen provides bar seating for three and is equipped with a basket-style drip coffee maker. Additional room-specific details include separate powder and shower/commode rooms in the bathroom and a stacked full-size washer/dryer located conveniently in the bedroom closet.

Location is everything here. Beyond the immediate proximity to the ski/bike shop and golf pro shop, you are just a short 1.5-mile drive from the charm of Basye, including the Community Store, Burn Barrel tavern, Pale Fire Brewing, and RHouse wine bar & cafe. Guests also enjoy easy access to the adjacent Aspen East pool (seasonal), though please note it is undergoing renovation with a planned re-opening in early July 2026.
