On the ground floor, double doors lead from the foyer into a living room with plenty of seating and a dedicated desk space. The large, spacious kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a gas range, complemented by a full-sized walk-in pantry. For dining, guests can choose between a formal dining area that seats six or a cozy breakfast nook that seats four, which looks out onto the back porch and grilling area. This level also includes a laundry area with a washer and dryer and a half bathroom.

Moving to the second floor, the primary bedroom serves as a private retreat with a king-sized bed, smart TV, a walk-in closet with natural light, and a second work-from-home desk space. This room features an ensuite full bathroom complete with a garden tub and walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms, each featuring queen-sized beds, are located down the hall and share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third floor houses the fourth bedroom space, accessed via the first bedroom on the left, containing two single beds and an additional queen bed under brightening skylights.

Location and Neighborhood: Situated off Cary Parkway and Bond Lake Drive, the home is located in a very walkable area with sidewalks. Guests will enjoy being close to many parks, including Bond Lake and local Greenways, making it ideal for outdoor exploration.
