Designed for groups and families, the interior boasts soaring wood ceilings and a stunning stone fireplace in the warm and inviting living room. The home is filled with entertainment options, including an upstairs loft with a pool table, a lower-level family room with a second fireplace, foosball, and a wet bar. • Policies: Non-smoking and non-vaping property; pets are not allowed
• Winter Requirements: A 4WD vehicle is required from November through April. Private driveways are plowed only after 5 inches of snow accumulation
• Booking: A signed Rental Agreement is required within 24 hours of booking to receive door codes. A non-refundable processing fee applies to all reservations.

Guests are asked to bring their own paper products, food, spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, and firewood. Bed linens and basic cookware are provided.
