Hi there! We can't wait to host you during your stay! However, we do have to enforce some rules for the safety of our abode and our lovely neighbors who we work diligently not to disturb.
1. Guests must sign the rental agreement upon booking. The rental agreement is listed below. All local residents must communicate with the host BEFORE booking.
2. The occupancy limit for this property is the same number of guests as your reservation at all times. Violation of this could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund.
3. No parties, no loud music, no boisterous behavior.
4. Renters will respect and follow all rules as outlined in the House Rules Section.
5. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate $200/day penalty fee. ($200 for every day of the rental period).
6. If you have not been given approval for a late checkout there will be a penalty fee of $100 starting during the first half hour and $100/hr after that.
7. No pets allowed. $400 fine if the rule is broken.
8. Owners and property managers will not be held responsible for any accidents that may occur in the home or on the property.
9. No guns, fireworks, or hunting on the property.
10. If by your fault of breaking any house rules, a scheduling conflict is caused with another guest, you may be charged the amount owing a discount or refund of said guest.
11. Repeated infractions of the house rules can result in dispatching our security team for immediate eviction with no refund. This will result in a $500 penalty additional to any applicable fees.
12. Swim/soak at your own risk in the hot tub.
13. Items left at the home will require a $25 fee to ship in addition to the cost of shipment.
14. Booking your reservation is your confirmation that you have read and fully agree to the house rules.
