The sleeping arrangements provide ample space for families or groups, featuring a main bedroom with one queen bed and one twin bed, as well as a second bedroom also equipped with one queen bed and one twin bed.

Inside, you will find a spacious living area highlighted by unique accent details, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. For your entertainment and convenience, the condo provides flat screen TVs and a VCR-DVD player. The heart of the home is a fully appointed kitchen, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals during your stay. One of the most relaxing features of this oasis is the screened porch, where you can enjoy the surrounding nature from the comfort of glider rockers.

Located within Tidewater Plantation, a gated community featuring 24-hour security on site, you can enjoy peace of mind throughout your visit. While vehicles remain the primary mode of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, guests also have the option of using Uber, Lyft, or taxis to navigate the area.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please adhere to the following house rules. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property, and the primary reservation holder must remain on-site for the duration of the stay. This is a strictly non-smoking property; smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD. House parties, pets, and grills are not allowed. Additionally, motorcycles, RVs, and trailers are prohibited on the property.

Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys are to be picked up and returned at the rental office. Please note that rates for weekends, holidays, and special events may be subject to change and do not include the 12% tax or additional fees.
