The home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are designed for maximum flexibility: the second floor features a Primary Bedroom with a King bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a Queen bed, and a third bedroom with two Twin beds, with the latter two sharing a convenient Jack & Jill bathroom. The main level offers additional comfort with a fourth bedroom featuring a Queen bed and a fifth bedroom equipped with four Full beds in a stacked bunk configuration.

Inside, the open-concept living spaces make it easy to cook, eat, and relax together. The home boasts two living rooms and two dining areas, ensuring there is plenty of space for everyone to unwind. For entertainment and relaxation, guests can challenge friends to a game of pool indoors or head outside to the backyard built for connection. The outdoor experience is truly special, featuring a sparkling pool, a hammock nestled under tall pine trees, and a covered patio with a built-in grill and pizza oven, allowing you to enjoy dinner under the stars.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in window from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. While early check-ins and late check-outs may be requested, they are subject to the cleaning schedule and carry a fee of $25 per hour when approved. Please note that the garage and master bedroom closet remain locked and are unavailable for guest use. To maintain a comfortable environment for all guests due to owner allergies, this home is strictly not pet-friendly. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee and may lead to the cancellation of the reservation.
