• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pet Policy: Dog-friendly (maximum 2 dogs). A $45 pet fee applies for the entire stay. Pets must be crated indoors when left alone and cannot be left outside unattended. Unregistered pets will incur additional charges.
• Guest Policy: Maximum 6 guests. All overnight guests must be registered. Daytime visitors are welcome until 10 PM.
• Parking: Please use the large driveway designated for the main house, as there is a separate small cottage on the property with its own driveway.
• Security: A motion-activated Ring video doorbell is located at the screened porch entrance.
