Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that this property is a duplex; the other half is utilized as an office, and guests may see individuals entering or exiting the front door. For this reason, guests will access the property exclusively through the side door. To book and stay at this home, guests must be at least 25 years old. We ask that you please take the trash to the end of the road on Thursday nights for Friday morning pickup. Please be aware that a $250 charge will be applied for each violation of house rules or the maximum occupancy limit. We prefer all communication to be handled through the app for the fastest response time.
