Believed to be one of the oldest structures in Ivy, this former general store for travelers on the historic Three Notch'd Road retains its original reinforced panel door and century-old windows with distinctive waves and bubbles in the glass. The cottage was thoughtfully expanded to include the bedroom and bathroom while preserving its authentic charm on a fieldstone basement foundation.

The flagstone garden path, entrance steps, narrow stairway with nonstandard depth, and bathroom without accessibility features make this property unsuitable for wheelchairs or rolling walkers.
