For added convenience and privacy, one of these bedrooms includes an en suite full bathroom. In total, the residence provides two full bathrooms to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

The ground level is designed for togetherness and relaxation, featuring an open living room and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry closet. The interior is finished with elegant hardwood floors throughout. Step outside to enjoy the fresh air on the rear deck, which features a pergola and comfortable outdoor seating, or take a stroll across the lawn and meadow. The home is well-appointed with stoneware dishes, pots and pans, a 40" Roku-enabled TV in the living room, and high-speed wi-fi.

Located just off Rt 29, Applewood Ridge puts you in the heart of the action. You are located directly across the highway from Albemarle Cider Works, and both Dr. Ho’s Pizza and Pippin Hill are less than a mile away. While the setting is rural, the home is not completely isolated, with neighbors within view. Because of its proximity to the highway, some road noise may be present; however, the interior remains typically quiet, and white sound machines are provided in the bedrooms to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

• No pets allowed, including ESAs, due to owner allergies.
• This home is not suitable for children under 12.
• Strictly no smoking or vaping; smoking sensors are in use and removal fees may apply for odors or stains.
• No parties, events, or illegal activity.
• Parking is permitted in the designated parking area only, not on the grass.
• Guests are asked to remove shoes indoors; slippers and shoe covers are provided for your convenience.
