Inside, you will find warm and welcoming living spaces characterized by an open-concept layout and three cozy gas fireplaces. The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, making it easy to connect and unwind. • Pets: Not allowed (undisclosed pets will incur a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee)

• Parking: Maximum of 4 spaces; no garage access available
• Connectivity: No cable TV; streaming is available via your own account
• Security: Exterior cameras are present on the property
• Winter Access: A 4WD vehicle is required from November through April. Private driveways are snow-plowed once snow reaches 5 inches.

Guest Requirements: Guests should bring personal supplies including paper products, food, spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, and firewood. The home provides bed linens, cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and one bath towel and washcloth per person. Propane for grills is provided. A non-refundable processing fee applies to all reservations, and a signed Rental Agreement is required within 24 hours of booking to receive access codes.
