Inside, you will find modern updates including granite countertops in the kitchen, a stylish sliding barn door on the bathroom, and a powerful yet quiet mini-split heat and AC unit for maximum comfort. Guests will enjoy the convenience of a couchside table for work or dining, along with a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils to prepare meals for adults and children.

• Parking: 2 car maximum
• Pet Policy: Max 2 dogs allowed with a fee of $40 per pet for the entire stay. Pets must be crated indoors when left alone and cannot be left outside unattended. Unregistered pets will incur a $125 charge. Guests are responsible for all pet-related damage and cleanup.
• Guest Policy: Maximum 4 guests. Guests over 2 are charged $15 per night. Daytime visitors (up to 4 total) must leave by 10 PM; unregistered overnight guests are subject to a $100 fine per person.
• Security: A motion-activated Ring video doorbell is located at the porch entrance facing the parking area.
• Other: Laundry access is provided for long-term guests only (stays of 3 weeks or more).
