The second bedroom provides a full bed, a bedroom table, a closet, and its own mounted flat screen TV.

The heart of the home is a newly updated full-size kitchen with new granite counters, fully stocked with everything needed to create delicious meals. Adjacent to the living area—which includes a sofa, chair, and flat screen TV—is a private screened-in balcony. This space offers stunning views overlooking the inlet marsh and provides plenty of seating to enjoy your morning coffee.

While the property is part of a resort with various facilities, please be advised that the outdoor pool is currently closed for construction due to a large crack, with no current completion date. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the open hot tub or take a short stroll to the beach, located just one block away; a wagon is provided for your convenience.

Location & Neighborhood: Situated in Murrells Inlet, the condo is just one block from the beach. The area is known for its convenience, with great local restaurants located a very short distance from the property.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM (Late check-out fee: $35.00)
• Minimum Rental Age: 25 years old
• Parking: One parking spot allowed; a mandatory parking pass must be obtained from the office and displayed at all times to avoid towing
• Pets: Strictly prohibited per HOA regulations
• Smoking: No nicotine, e-cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana inside the unit (Violation fine: $200.00)
• Occupancy: Maximum 4 guests; no parties or large groups allowed
• Quiet Hours: Strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Departure: Trash and dishes must be handled upon departure; use the provided dumpster in the parking lot
