This inviting townhouse is designed for relaxation and convenience, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The layout is thoughtfully divided across two levels. The upstairs space is centered around a large living room and a full kitchen equipped with the essentials needed to prepare a large family or holiday meal. The primary upstairs bedroom is exceptionally spacious, furnished with a queen bed, a couch, and a TV. Adjacent to this room is the first bathroom, which features a large shower (no tub). Step outside from the main level onto the covered, furnished walkout balcony to take in a fantastic view of Pikes Peak.

Downstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms, each furnished with one queen bed. This level also hosts the second bathroom, which includes a tub/shower combination, and a dedicated laundry room equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer.
