Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. A $300 security deposit is held for every stay. Please note that the minimum rental age is 21 years. To maintain the quality of the space, the following restrictions are strictly enforced:

• No smoking or vaping (including the balcony); a $500 cleaning fee applies if smoke is detected.
• No pets allowed; a $500 fee applies if pets or pet remnants are found.
• No loud noise after 10 PM; a $50 fee applies if security is called.
• No motorcycles, trailers, campers, or RVs.
• No grilling.

Regarding parking, only one space is provided. If the main lot is full, limited spaces are available one block off Sunset Drive along the grassy area parallel to the Atalaya parking lot fence. Do not park in public beach access areas to avoid city tickets or towing.
