The villa's prime location in Old Colorado City, once the original state capital during the Gold Rush era, puts you within minutes of Colorado's most spectacular attractions. Please note that the primary renter must be 25 years or older and present for the entire stay. An additional guest screening form may be required after booking. Extended stays of 14+ days require additional cleaning fees, and stays of 21+ days include a $1,000 refundable security deposit returned within 7 days if house rules are followed. The property features exterior surveillance cameras at the front door and back patio for security purposes, with no interior cameras. This villa is part of a four-unit property with individual entrances and complete privacy between units.
