For skiing, the Breckenridge Ski Resort is approximately 1 hour and 25 minutes away.

• Strict No-Fire Policy: Absolutely no fires are permitted on the property due to high forest fire risk; violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Smoking: Not permitted inside, on the deck, or near the sauna/hot tub areas.
• Winter Travel: AWD or 4WD vehicles are strongly recommended from November through April, as the final half-mile is an unpaved road.
• Altitude Notice: Due to the 9,000 ft elevation, guests are encouraged to stay hydrated and acclimate to prevent altitude sickness.
