The interior is designed for comfort and openness, featuring large beautiful windows and skylights that allow natural light to stream throughout the home. The layout includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, providing ample space for groups and families. Three of the bedrooms feature king-size beds and generous closet space, while the fourth bedroom is an ideal setup for children, containing a queen-size bed and a bunkbed.

Guests will find a variety of large indoor and outdoor living areas furnished with comfortable seating and warming fireplaces. The heart of the home is a massive full kitchen, equipped with updated modern appliances and an enormous island, making meal preparation a breeze. For relaxation, the downstairs area boasts a sun room and an indoor hot tub. Step outside to enjoy multi-tiered balconies or the recently built patio space, which features a full outdoor kitchen complete with a gas grill and a pizza oven.

Located in the heart of nature, the property is a short drive from several iconic attractions, including Old Town Woodland Park, Pike's Peak, the Manitou Incline, Garden of the Gods, Santa's Workshop, and Pike National Forest. Please be aware that because this home is immersed in nature, guests can expect to encounter local wildlife during their stay; special instructions are provided to ensure everyone takes appropriate precautions.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED!!! This is a quiet neighborhood and want to keep it that way. If you are looking to host a house party, please find somewhere else.

--> House parties prohibited - $500 charge and up --> Unapproved early check in - $200 violation charge --> Late check out - $50 per 30 minute overage, must get approval from host --> No Smoking on property - $500 violation charge and up --> Quiet Hours start at 9 PM - $100 violation charge and up --> Dirty dishes fee - $250 violation charge and up --> firewood bundles available for puchase $10/each

Early check-in & late checkouts requests are available but not guaranteed due to enhanced cleaning measures. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses. ($300 violation charge)

Smoking, illegal drugs, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on porches and in shared spaces. ($500 violation charge plus repair costs)

Commercial photography/videography without written consent, Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms is strictly prohibited.

Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. ($100 per guest violation charge)

Parking - Please park close to the home and do not block access to garbage cans to allow our waste management service to reach the receptacles.

Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be reported by our cleaning team and fees for these damages will apply.

Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
