About Property

Discover the charm of downtown living at Warehouse Loft on Main, a beautifully renovated loft apartment tucked inside a historic warehouse in the heart of Lexington, Virginia. This unique retreat offers a perfect blend of industrial character and modern comfort, making it an ideal getaway for those looking to experience the magic of the valley.

The layout is designed for flexibility and privacy, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The heart of the home is an open-concept loft space that includes a comfortable living area, bar-height dining, and a king bed. For added seclusion, the loft sleeping area can be closed off for the evening. A separate private bedroom equipped with a queen bed provides additional quiet for guests, ensuring a restful stay for up to 4 people.

Architectural highlights abound throughout the space, from the striking exposed brick to large windows that frame stunning views of downtown Lexington and the distant mountains. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with a kitchenette stocked with essentials and laundry facilities located on the basement level.

Located in a prime downtown position, the loft is incredibly walkable to Washington and Lee University and VMI. If you are looking to explore further, the VA Horse Center is just a 10-minute drive away, and the majestic Natural Bridge is reachable within 15 minutes. Guests will appreciate the convenience of a provided parking permit for the adjacent Methodist Church public parking lot, allowing for stress-free parking in any available space.

As this retreat is situated on the second floor of a historic building above a local law office, access is provided via a private side entrance and a staircase (approximately one and a half flights). While the town is generally quiet, guests are asked to maintain the peace and quiet given the property's proximity to the residential district.
