The main level boasts a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen with seating for 10 at the peninsula and dining table, and a relaxing living room centered around an electric fireplace. Sleeping quarters on this level include a king bedroom with room-darkening curtains, a dedicated workspace, and a pull-out single, as well as a second bedroom featuring a full/twin bunk bed and a shared full bathroom with a bathtub.

Downstairs, the lower level is dedicated to fun and relaxation. You will find a family and game room complete with a multigame arcade game, puzzles, and board games. This level also hosts two additional bedrooms—one king and one queen/full trundle—along with a second full bathroom (shower only) and a laundry room with an extra fridge. Please note that the lower-level bedrooms do not have egress windows, though a full-size slider to the outdoors is located just off the rooms.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. A spacious deck provides a gas grill and dining seating for 8, while the covered patio features a hot tub, TV, and a smokeless firepit. A second firepit seating area is also available in the grass yard.
