• Access: Guests have access to the entire home except for owner storage areas, the locked studio near the parking area, and buildings below the house.
• Grounds: Please remain within the mowed lawn areas of the front and back yards and refrain from exploring the woods to respect neighbor privacy.
• Driveway: The gravel driveway is shared; please observe a strict 10 mph speed limit.
• Note: All indoor fireplaces are nonfunctional.
