Practical Information: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. To rent this property, the primary guest must be at least 25 years old; proof of age may be requested, and a parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under this age. This is a non-smoking home located on a gravel road. Guests are responsible for transporting their own trash to the nearest collection facility, with directions provided on the refrigerator. Pets are welcome (up to 2 dogs) for a fee of $150 each. Please note the boat lift is for owner use only, and the dock area (Channel Marker R-22) may have some shallow water in the cove.
