Designed for groups and families, the home features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 11 guests. The layout is spread over two levels, including a climb-up bedroom loft with two full-size built-in beds and a TV that remains open to the main level family room. The main floor boasts an open concept kitchen and family room with a sliding glass door leading to a deck equipped with a 6-person Polywood dining set, a glider, and an outdoor grill. This level also hosts a king bedroom and a spacious bathroom featuring a beautiful black soaker tub and a dual shower head stand-up shower.

Entertainment is a priority on the lower level, which houses a game room complete with a Black Rustic Kincaid Pool Table, a Marvel vs. Capcom Arcade 1-up, a built-in live edge bar, and a chaise sofa. Another sliding glass door opens to a lower deck featuring a brand new outdoor spa with LED lighting. From here, stairs lead down to a yard with an outdoor fire pit and ample seating. The lower level is rounded out by a second king bedroom, a twin-over-queen bunk bedroom, and a full bathroom.

• Pets: Up to two non-aggressive breed dogs are welcome (no Pitbulls, Rottweilers, or Dobermans). Dogs must be house-broken, supervised at all times indoors, and leashed in the yard. A $150 pet fee applies if disclosed; undisclosed pets will result in a $300 fee.
• Access: Guests have access to all areas except the owner's closet.
