Designed for comfort and convenience, the layout features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 13 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed: the master bedroom features a pillow top King bed, a TV, and an attached bath; the second bedroom also offers a pillow top King bed and TV; the third bedroom contains a Queen bed and TV; the fourth bedroom is equipped with a Twin bunk bed and TV; and the fifth bedroom features a versatile pyramid bed (Double on bottom, Twin on top) and a TV. For additional guests, a Queen sofa bed is also available.

Location is everything at Loggers Run #11. The townhome is situated slope side, directly fronting the Upper Flume Trail. As a novice run that leads to the entire mountain, it is just a short walk away, making your transition from the lodge to the slopes seamless.

To ensure a smooth stay, please note the following practical information and rules. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The primary reservation holder must be at least 25 years old; failure to meet this age requirement will result in cancellation without a refund. Verification requirements include submitting a photo of a driver's license and a selfie holding the license, along with a signed Rental Agreement returned within 24 hours of booking.

Strict house rules apply: no pets are allowed (violations result in immediate eviction and a $250 charge), no smoking or vaping, and no large gatherings. Mandatory quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Additionally, a $100 cleaning fee for the private hot tub is charged at the time of booking, and mailbox access is not granted. Guests are encouraged to verify the availability of lift tickets, lessons, and bike park passes before finalizing their reservation.
