Sleeping arrangements include a Queen bed in the first bedroom, a Queen bed in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living area. For those cozy mountain evenings, the living space is enhanced by the warmth of an electric fireplace.

While the unit itself is a private sanctuary, guests have access to a wide range of community features designed for relaxation and entertainment:

To maintain the quality of the home and the peace of the community, several practical rules are in place. The reservation holder must be at least 25 years old; failure to meet this age requirement will result in cancellation without a refund. Check-in is available after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. All guests must adhere to mandatory quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please note that smoking, vaping, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed, and any pets found on the property will result in immediate eviction without refund and a $250 charge. For verification, reservation holders must provide a photo of their driver's license and a selfie holding the license, along with a signed rental agreement returned within 24 hours of booking. Mailbox access is not permitted.
