The primary suite features a king bed, Smart TV, a private en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms each offer comfortable queen beds, and the fourth bedroom includes two twin beds — ideal for kids or extra guests. A full hallway bathroom serves the additional bedrooms, with a half bath on the main level.

Downtown Colorado Springs and Old Colorado City are about 20 minutes out, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo is 20 minutes, Garden of the Gods is 25 minutes, and Pikes Peak and Manitou Springs are around 30 minutes away. After a day of exploring or working, you'll have a comfortable, well-equipped home to return to.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Up to 2 pets are welcome with a $75 fee per pet — please clean up after them. Starter supplies (paper goods, toiletries, etc.) are provided; guests are responsible for additional supplies beyond the starter pack. Please note there is no mailbox access during your stay. During winter months, snowy and icy conditions are possible — AWD or 4WD is recommended.
