Mandatory Resort Fees: $30/day (1–6 days), $25/day (7–15 days), $20/day (16–29 days), or $300/month (30+ days). Valet parking is available with rates ranging from $15 to $28 per night depending on the length of stay.

Strict Policies: No smoking is permitted inside the apartment or in common areas (fines up to $200 or eviction). Parties and events are prohibited (fines up to $175). Please return the room key bracelet at departure to avoid a $10 charge.
