Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM to avoid late fees. The hotel charges a reservation processing fee of $33.04 + tax. A daily incidental hold of $250 per night per room (two rooms total) is required at check-in and released upon departure. Valet parking is available through the resort (ranging from $59-$75 per night + tax), or affordable off-site parking is available nearby at 400 W 42 St.

This is a non-smoking building; smoking is permitted only on balconies. Pets are welcome (maximum two domestic pets, up to 70 lbs at maturity, must be leashed), though a pet cleaning fee of $250 + tax may apply. A smoking fee of $250 + tax will be charged if smoking occurs inside the room.
