The townhome is designed to accommodate up to 12 guests with a versatile sleeping arrangement. According to the structured layout, there are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a pillowtop king bed, a whirlpool tub, a separate shower, and a TV/DVD player. The second bedroom also offers a pillowtop king bed and TV/DVD, while the third bedroom provides a pillowtop queen bed and TV/DVD. For the younger guests or larger groups, the fourth bedroom contains a twin-over-twin bunk bed and TV/DVD, and the fifth bedroom serves as a dedicated kids bunk room with two sets of bunk beds and a TV/DVD. Additionally, a queen sofa bed in the living room provides extra sleeping space.

While the property offers many comforts, please note that general amenities are limited to those explicitly listed. Guests can enjoy a large dining area, great views, and the convenience of a washer and dryer. Verification requires a photo of the driver's license and a selfie holding the ID, with a signed rental agreement due within 24 hours of booking. Pets are strictly forbidden; any pets found will result in immediate eviction without refund and a $250 charge. Smoking and vaping are prohibited, and large gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please note that no mailbox access is granted. For homes with a private hot tub, a $100 cleaning fee is charged at the time of booking.
