The residence is designed for a high-end experience, featuring one bedroom with a King-Sized bed and one bathroom. For additional guests, the living room includes one comfortable full pullout sofa bed. The space is meticulously crafted, blending natural wood and stone with organic textures, complemented by ceramic floors, European-style cabinetry, and modern-style designer fixtures. A private balcony provides a relaxing outdoor escape.

The heart of the home is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen boasting a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, integrated oven, silent dishwasher, integrated microwave, glass stove, coffee maker, and toaster. The spacious bedroom is outfitted with a hairdryer, electronic safe, and iron with an ironing board for your convenience.

Please note a mandatory resort fee of $40 per day per unit is payable via debit or credit card at check-in, along with a one-time $50 registration fee and a $100 security deposit hold.

This is a pet-friendly property welcoming one pet per unit for free, with a 25 lbs limit per condo rules (ESA animals exempt little一个도 little-to-no restriction). Please be aware that pets are not permitted on the public beach or the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk. Self-parking is available in the garage via PayByPhone or a ground-floor meter with rates varying by duration. Guests may encounter noise from nearby construction during their stay.
