Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed to ensure everyone has a restful stay: the master bedroom features a King bed, bedroom two also offers a King bed, bedroom three contains a Queen bed, bedroom four provides one Full and one Twin bed, and bedroom five is equipped with a set of bunk beds.

To ensure a seamless stay, please note the following practical information and house rules. Check-in is available after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The reservation holder must be at least 25 years old and is required to submit a photo of their driver's license along with a selfie holding the license for verification. A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking.

Strict policies are in place to maintain the property: pets are not allowed, and smoking or vaping is prohibited. Large gatherings are not permitted, and mandatory quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please note that mailbox access is not granted. Additionally, a $100.00 cleaning fee is charged at the time of booking for the private hot tub.
