Verification is required via a photo of a driver's license and a selfie holding the ID, and a signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking. This is a non-smoking property and pets are strictly forbidden; unauthorized pets will result in immediate eviction without refund and a $250.00 charge. Other rules include mandatory quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM, no large gatherings, and no mailbox access.
