The main floor is thoughtfully arranged for active travelers, starting with a spacious mudroom perfect for storing all your outdoor equipment. Beyond the mudroom, you will find a full kitchen and dining room, leading back to a cozy living area anchored by a gas fireplace. The reservation holder must be at least 25 years old; failure to meet this requirement will result in cancellation without a refund. For verification, the reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license and a selfie holding the license, and a signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking.

This property is pet-friendly, though limited to two medium-sized, house-broken dogs only; other animals are not permitted. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning in this unit. Other rules include a strict no smoking or vaping policy, no large gatherings, and mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. Mailbox access is not granted.
