The residence is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom serves as a private sanctuary with a pillowtop king bed, TV/DVD, and an ensuite bath featuring a jetted tub. The second bedroom offers a pillowtop queen bed and TV/DVD, while the third bedroom provides two queen beds. For additional guests, the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, ensuring plenty of space for up to 10 guests. The living area is anchored by a cozy wood fireplace, with wood provided for your stay.

Located in a prime position, Whistlepunk #1 is adjacent to the Whistlepunk Trail, a novice run that is perfect for connecting children and beginners to the entire trail system. For the more daring, the double black diamond trails of Western Territory are located directly across the street. With two ski lifts within 100 yards, your access to the mountain is seamless. When you are off the slopes, you are within walking distance of the shops and restaurants at The Village at Snowshoe and just a short distance from the Split Rocks heated pool (additional fee).

Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that this property does not have air conditioning. To maintain the quality of the home, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited, as are pets; pets found on the premises will result in immediate eviction without refund and a $250 charge. Large gatherings are not permitted, and mandatory quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am. The reservation holder must be at least 25 years old and is required to submit a photo of their driver's license and a verification selfie. A signed rental agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking. Mailbox access is not granted.
