This comfortable home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements consist of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, featuring a Master bedroom with a King bed, a second bedroom with a Queen bed, and a third bedroom equipped with two Twin beds. Inside, the home is beautifully decorated with crystal prisms that catch the sunlight to flood the rooms with colorful rainbow reflections, complemented by a striking two-story stone fireplace, classic tile flooring, and beautiful woodwork.

Located in the heart of Snowshoe, the property offers a perfect base for mountain adventures. Guests are encouraged to verify the availability of lift tickets, lessons, bike park passes, and rentals before confirming their stay to ensure a seamless vacation experience.

To ensure a smooth stay, please note the following practical information and house rules. Check-in is available after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The primary reservation holder must be at least 25 years of age; failure to meet this requirement will result in cancellation without a refund. Verification is required via a photo of the driver's license and a selfie holding the ID, and a signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking.

Strict policies are in place to maintain the quality of the home: no pets are allowed (violations result in immediate eviction and a $250 fee), no smoking or vaping, and no large gatherings. Mandatory quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. Parking is limited to one vehicle at the residence, with additional vehicles required to use the overflow parking lot. Please note that a $100 cleaning fee is charged at booking for the private hot tub. For winter visits, 4-wheel drive is highly recommended. Mailbox access is strictly prohibited.
