Offering a classic ski chalet interior, this two-story townhouse provides the ideal blend of privacy in the trees and immediate access to the slopes, making it an inviting home base for your next adventure.

This spacious layout is designed for comfort, accommodating up to 7 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully curated to suit everyone: the master bedroom features a luxurious pillowtop King bed and a flat-screen TV with DVD player; the second bedroom offers a cozy pillowtop Queen bed and flat-screen TV; and the third bedroom is a dedicated kids room equipped with a unique pyramid bed and its own flat-screen TV. For convenience, two bedrooms and a full bath are located upstairs, while a third bedroom and second full bath are situated on the main floor.

Located at the top of the Powder Monkey Lift and across the road from Western Territory, this is the closest Powder Monkey unit to the Village. You will find yourself steps from the slopes and close to the ski school and Village amenities, ensuring you are close to everything the resort has to offer.

To ensure a seamless stay, please note the following practical information. Check-in is available after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This property does not have air conditioning. Please be aware that the reservation holder must be at least 25 years old; failure to meet this age requirement will result in cancellation without refund. Guests must complete check-in requirements, including submitting a photo of their driver's license and a selfie holding the ID for verification. A signed Rental Agreement is required within 24 hours of booking.

House rules are strictly enforced to maintain the quality of the home: pets are not allowed, and smoking or vaping is forbidden. No large gatherings are permitted, and mandatory quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Additionally, mailbox access is not granted. We recommend checking the availability of lift tickets, lessons, or bike park passes before finalizing your reservation to fully experience the magic of Snowshoe.
