This spacious residence is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 10 guests. The layout features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. For sleeping arrangements, the home provides two king beds and two queen beds, with the added flexibility of a queen blow-up air mattress for extra guests. Families will appreciate the convenience of provided baby gear, including a high chair, portable crib, and baby gate.

Inside, the home boasts a high-end kitchen and designer furnishings, while heated tile floors add a touch of luxury to your stay. The exterior is an oasis of relaxation with multiple intimate outdoor gathering areas. You can unwind in the hot tub, gather around the gas fire pit, lounge in the hammock chair, or enjoy a slow morning on the porch swing. A gas grill is also available for outdoor dining.

Located in the heart of Colorado Springs, Three Oaks puts you close to everything the city has to offer, providing the perfect balance of accessibility and privacy. For your peace of mind, exterior security cameras are active at both the front and back doors to monitor traffic.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM via keyless access (code provided two days prior)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: One vehicle in the driveway; additional street parking is at your own risk
• Pets: Dogs are welcome! Please include pets in your guest list. Amenities provided include dog bowls, bags, and a leash. Pets must not be left unattended unless crated and are prohibited from the furniture and hot tub. Guests must clean up after pets to avoid a $250 "pet poop pickup fee."
• Pet Fees: $75 for one night; $150 for 2-7 nights; $250 for 8+ nights. An additional $50 fee applies for a second pet.
