Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is available after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests must be 25 years or older to rent this property; failure to meet this requirement will result in cancellation without a refund. To finalize the booking, reservation holders must submit a photo of their driver's license and a selfie holding their ID, and return a signed Rental Agreement within 24 hours. Please note that pets are strictly forbidden, and smoking or vaping is not permitted. Quiet hours are mandatory between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Large gatherings are not allowed, and mailbox access is prohibited.
