The layout is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include 3 bedrooms and 3 beds, featuring a Master bedroom with a Queen bed, a second bedroom with a Full bed, and a third bedroom with two Twin beds. For additional guests, the living area includes a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa. The home is completed with 2 bathrooms to ensure everyone has plenty of space.

Inside, the condo boasts a big living room centered around a cozy gas fireplace, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day on the slopes. The kitchen is equipped with a convenient breakfast bar and a dedicated dining area. For added convenience, the unit includes a full-size washer and dryer, as well as entertainment options such as a TV, VCR/DVD players with a video library, a stereo with a CD player, and a selection of new board games.

Located across the road from the Rimfire Lodge and just below the General Parking Lot, you are within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants of The Village at Snowshoe. The surrounding area offers an unparalleled outdoor experience, with trail options ranging from manicured groomers to challenging steeps, bumps, and glades, boasting the most slopes and vertical descent of any resort in the mid-Atlantic.

To maintain the quality of the stay, the reservation holder must be at least 25 years old; failure to meet this age requirement will result in cancellation without a refund. Check-in is available after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets, smoking, vaping, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Mandatory quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. Reservation holders must submit a photo of their driver's license and a selfie with their ID for verification, and a signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking. Mailbox access is not granted.
