In order to help us feel more comfortable about who we are welcoming into our home, we request additional guest verification via Truvi. This step is required to move forward with the reservation. It must be completed prior to the stay and have no cause for concerns (for example, questionable identity) or the booking will be cancelled with no refund.

During your stay, please feel at home. We just ask that all guests be respectful of the home, the contents inside and outside, the community and follow the rules and regulations.

Internet login information will be provided prior to your arrival as well as be noted within the property on the living room console under the TV. The smart TVs have apps that you may use to sign into your various accounts such as Netflix, and Disney.

The guest name on file that made the booking is the responsible party and must be at least 25 years of age. They are our point of contact and responsible for other guests, damages, loss of items, fees, and rules/regulations. This guest must remain on site for the duration of the stay. We recommend other adults on the guest list be added onto the reservation as well so they can read through the listing information for themselves.

Accessing the home with your personalized code constitutes agreement to these rules. Please let us know if you would like an early check-in or late check-out. We will make it happen if possible. Additional fees may be applied.

PETS No more than 2 dogs are allowed and even so, please clear with us first. We want to know what type of pet and likely need to know the weight. NO CATS. Pet fee: $150. Pets are not allowed to be on the furniture ie not on the beds, not on the couch.

NO SMOKING Absolutely no smoking and no vaping of any substance inside the home! If any such activity occurs, the stay will be cancelled with no refund. Smoking is acceptable outside of the home. A receptacle is provided.

SWIMMING POOL All persons using the pool or pool area do so at their own risk. General rules: No diving is permitted. No throwing items in the pool. No tampering with skimmers or other pool equipment. No running, pushing, wrestling, dunking, diving, or other horseplay is allowed. No littering. No loud music. Any music devices must be kept at a volume as to not disturb neighbors.

DISTURBING NOISES/NUISANCES No obnoxious, offensive, or illegal activities shall be carried on or in common areas, parking areas, or within the home, nor shall anything be done thereon which may be an annoyance or nuisance to other residents or guests.

The discharge of fireworks and/or any noise making, or explosive device is expressly always prohibited. The discharge of firearms, including BB guns and air rifles, is also forbidden. Guests shall play any musical instrument or operate any musical device, television, or radio in such a manner as to not disturb or annoy other community members. Please be conscious of noise levels. Quiet hours are from 10 pm – 8 am.

FIRE PREVENTION/SAFETY There is a fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink.

Do not leave hot grease unattended on ranges. No frying of fish or chicken. Please make sure to turn off the stove/oven when done. Do not use or light any candles in the unit. Do clean the dryer lint trap.

SAFETY/ SECURITY The protection and safety of everyone and everything are of importance. There are 3 external monitors. There are 2 at the main/front entry and 1 at the pool area. They record video and audio when motion is detected. There are no interior cameras or interior listening devices. Inside, in order to promote a peaceful and healthy environment for renters and neighbors, there is a noise level monitor and weed/cigarette smoke detector. DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE INTERNET OR ANY OF THE MONITORING DEVICES AS THAT WILL BE GROUNDS FOR CANCELLATION AND NO REFUNDS ON ANY DEPOSITS!

Please keep all doors and windows locked when not present in the unit. We recommend you also keep your vehicle doors locked and windows up.
