The master bedroom is a peaceful sanctuary featuring a pillowtop king bed, a TV/DVD player, and a private full bath. The second bedroom offers a cozy pillowtop queen bed and its own TV/DVD player. For additional guests, the home includes a unique bonus sleeping loft equipped with a pyramid bed, featuring a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top.

To ensure a seamless stay, please note the following practical information and house rules. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The reservation holder must be at least 25 years old; failure to meet this age requirement will result in cancellation without a refund. For verification, the reservation holder must provide a photo of their driver’s license and a selfie holding the license, and a signed rental agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking.

Additional policies include a strict no-pets policy (violations result in immediate eviction and a $250 charge), no smoking or vaping, and no large gatherings. Mandatory quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am, and mailbox access is not permitted.
