The master bedroom is a true sanctuary with a pillowtop King bed, TV/DVD, and a private full bath. The second bedroom offers a cozy pillowtop Full bed and its own TV/DVD. For additional guests, the bonus sleeping loft includes a unique pyramid bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on top.

Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is available after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. To maintain the quality of the home, please note that this property has no air conditioning and no fireplace. The reservation holder must be at least 25 years old; failure to meet this age requirement will result in cancellation without a refund.

Strict house rules apply: Pets are not allowed (violations result in immediate eviction and a $250 charge), and smoking or vaping is prohibited. Large gatherings are not permitted, and mandatory quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Reservation holders must provide a photo of their driver's license and a selfie with the ID for verification, and a signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking. Mailbox access is not granted.
