To finalize your booking, a signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours, and the holder must provide a photo of their driver's license along with a verification selfie.

Strict house rules apply to maintain the quality of the home: pets are not allowed, and smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited. Large gatherings are not permitted, and mandatory quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Mailbox access is not granted.
