Designed for comfort and convenience, the layout features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The master bedroom offers a peaceful sanctuary with a queen bed and a private bath. The second bedroom is versatile for families, featuring two twin bunks. For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a queen sofa bed, ensuring everyone has a cozy place to rest after a day on the mountain.

Inside, the home blends stylishly rustic touches with practical mountain living. Guests can unwind by the gas fireplace or enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen and an in-unit washer and dryer. The entry is specifically designed for outdoor enthusiasts with dedicated ski storage to keep your gear organized.

While the property does not have air conditioning, it is designed to embrace the mountain atmosphere. The location provides breathtaking mountain views and puts you right in the heart of the action.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Age Requirement: The reservation holder must be at least 25 years old.
• Parking: Guests can park at their door, with a strict limit of two cars per reservation. Parking passes will be emailed prior to arrival.
• Verification: Reservation holders must submit a photo of their driver's license and a selfie holding the license for verification. A signed Rental Agreement is required within 24 hours of booking.
• House Policies: No smoking, vaping, or large gatherings. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No mailbox access is permitted.
• Pets: Pets are allowed.
