Its renovated private bathroom offers a double vanity and a large glass shower. The second bedroom provides a comfortable queen bed, cable TV, and a private bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The third bedroom is ideal for families or groups, offering two full-size beds and a cable TV, with a private bathroom that also shares access to the adjacent hallway.

The heart of the home is an illuminated, gorgeous kitchen boasting granite countertops, updated cabinetry, and new stainless steel appliances, complete with upgraded cookware. The open-concept living area, featuring modern flooring throughout, includes a large flat-screen TV and a dining area with seating for four, while the kitchen bar adds seating for three additional guests. Step out onto the incredible ocean view balcony to feel the refreshing ocean breezes.
