• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• Age Requirement: The reservation holder must be 25 years or older. Failure to meet this requirement will result in cancellation without a refund.
• Verification: Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements, including submitting a photo of their driver's license and a selfie holding the license for verification. A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking.
• Policies: No pets are allowed; pets found on the property will result in immediate eviction without refund and a $250 charge. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited. Large gatherings are not permitted.
• House Rules: Mandatory quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No mailbox access is granted.
