Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The reservation holder must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. To finalize your stay, you must submit a photo of your driver's license and a selfie holding the license, and a signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking. Please note that there is no air conditioning in this unit.

This property is pet-friendly, though restrictions apply: only two medium-sized, house-broken dogs are permitted. All other animals are prohibited. Smoking and vaping are strictly forbidden, and large gatherings are not allowed. Mandatory quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Guests are advised to verify the availability of lift tickets, lessons, bike park passes, and rentals before confirming their reservation. Mailbox access is not granted.
