The unit is located just off Whistlepunk Trail, a novice run that leads to the entire trail system, while the challenging Double Black Diamond trails of Western Territory are conveniently located right across the street.

To finalize your stay, the reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license and a selfie holding the license for verification, and a signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking. This is a pet-friendly property. Other rules include a strict no-smoking policy, no large gatherings, and mandatory quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Mailbox access is not granted under any circumstances.
