Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Upon arrival, guests must present a valid government-issued ID and a credit card; cash payments are not accepted. A refundable hold of $250 per night is required for the duration of the stay. Please be aware of the following fees: a Transient Rental Fee of $16.52 + tax payable at check-in and a $75 Hotel Fee for check-ins after 7:00 PM. A mandatory checkout cleaning fee of $155 + tax is included in the reservation, and stays of 5 nights or more require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning. Daily valet parking is available for $60 + tax per day.

Note: The resort is undergoing a pool deck enhancement project through Q1 2027; some pools or dining venues may be temporarily closed or relocated. This is a privately owned condominium managed by MAK Realty Group and is not affiliated with the Fontainebleau hotel operations.
