The upper level features three bedrooms (including two Queens and one room with a Double and Twin bed), one full bathroom, the main kitchen, a living room, and a large screened porch. The downstairs area provides a private sanctuary with a King bedroom, a full bathroom, a second kitchen, a dining area, and an additional living room.

Practical information for your stay includes a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property, and house parties, weddings, and similar events are not allowed. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. To ensure a peaceful environment for all, the home uses a privacy-compliant NoiseAware sensor that monitors decibel levels.

Pets are considered but must be approved prior to arrival. A maximum of two pets are permitted, with a limit of 60 pounds each; however, cats and puppies under one year old are not allowed. A nonrefundable pet fee of $150 plus tax per pet applies. Please note that beach towels and equipment are not provided, and guests should bring their own coffee and filters.
